Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs.
- Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the center; it should come out clean.
- Cool before serving.
