Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Blend wet and dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half of the pumpkin batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter.
- Top with the remaining pumpkin batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
