- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons adobo seasoning
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sofrito
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, adobo, black pepper, oregano, orange juice, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth and sofrito around it.
- Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional hour until the skin is golden brown.
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
