- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons water
Instrukcje
- Place the pork tenderloin in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the pork and let it rest.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Stir into the crockpot and cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Slice the pork and serve with the sauce.
