- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced

- 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add chopped steak and mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese.
- Place a spoonful of filling on an egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly and seal edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
