Instrukcje
- Rinse the rice and soak it for 2 hours.
- In a pot, combine milk, sugar, and rice. Cook on low heat.
- Add rose water, saffron, and cardamom. Stir well.
- Cook until the mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
- Once thick, remove from heat and let it cool.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with pistachios, almonds, and dried fruits.
