Instrukcje
- Melt butter and olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and sugar, sauté until onions are caramelized, about 25 minutes.
- Stir in flour and thyme, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add wine, cook for 5 minutes until reduced.
- Pour in beef broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Preheat broiler. Place soup in oven-safe bowls, top with baguette slices and cheese.
- Broil until cheese is bubbly and golden, about 3 minutes.
