- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
Instrukcje
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- In a large pan, heat a little oil over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the pan. Toss to combine.
- Top with green onions before serving.
