Instrukcje

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the giblets from the turkey cavity.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Rub the butter mixture all over the turkey.
  5. Place the onion, carrots, and celery inside the turkey cavity.
  6. Put the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth into the pan.
  7. Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 2 hours.
  8. Remove the foil and roast for another hour, basting every 20 minutes.
  9. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  10. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
