Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to make the secret sauce.
- Form the ground beef into two patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.
- In the same skillet, add butter and cook the sliced onions until caramelized.
- Assemble the sandwich: place a patty on a slice of rye bread, add cheese and caramelized onions, then spread secret sauce on another slice of bread and top the sandwich.
- Grill the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
