Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix gingersnap crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in mango and passion fruit purees.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
