A quick and easy paleo chicken recipe made in the Instant Pot.

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in the Instant Pot on sauté mode.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the pot and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Add mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove chicken and vegetables and serve immediately.
