Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs and brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until softened.
- Add rice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Return chicken to the pot, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
