Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Add cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Add spinach to the dish in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
