Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into oval patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth and soy sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with gravy over the top.
