- 6 cups vegetable broth

- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup pasta (optional)

Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic and thyme. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add green beans and corn. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- If using pasta, add it and cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
