Instrukcje
- Rinse the rice and lentils under cold water.
- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté onions until translucent.
- Add meat and brown on all sides.
- Stir in carrots and bell pepper, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add rice and lentils to the pot.
- Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Fluff the rice and serve hot.
