- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instrukcje
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and bell pepper, cook until soft.
- Add cubed tofu and soy sauce, mix well.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
