- 1 ½ cups warm water

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten

Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt, then knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Divide the dough into small pieces and flatten each piece.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and fold the dough over it.
- Shape each pretzel and set aside.
- Boil water with baking soda, then dip each pretzel for 30 seconds.
- Place pretzels on a baking sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
