Instrukcje
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine rice and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt, and vanilla. Stir well.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add a small amount of the hot rice mixture to temper the eggs.
- Stir the egg mixture back into the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
