- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and salt until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into mini tart pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove the pastry cream from heat and let it cool.
- Fill each tart shell with pastry cream.
- Top with fresh fruit.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
