  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into mini tart pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Remove the pastry cream from heat and let it cool.
  7. Fill each tart shell with pastry cream.
  8. Top with fresh fruit.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
