Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add chopped poblano and spices, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and cover with chicken broth.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Prepare corn tortillas and crumble queso fresco on top.
- Serve turkey with tortillas and additional stuffing.
