Instrukcje
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Add bell peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
