Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Marinate the turkey in the mixture for at least 4 hours.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 2 to 2.5 hours, basting occasionally.
- Prepare masa by mixing with chicken broth and vegetable oil.
- Form masa into small cakes and cook on a skillet.
- Warm tortillas and serve with salsa and guacamole.
