Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread the cheese mixture on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
