Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Rub the turkey with softened butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity with garlic, thyme, rosemary, onion, and a few pieces of carrot and celery.
- Place the turkey on a roasting pan and add chicken broth.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 to 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Baste the turkey every 30 minutes for even cooking.
- Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
