Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, raspberries, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- If desired, add red food coloring for a pink hue.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
