Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Mix in sliced steak and taco seasoning.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add a portion of the steak mixture and cheese on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
