Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, ground almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out cookies using a cookie cutter.
- Cut a smaller shape in the center of half the cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool and spread jam on whole cookies, then top with cut-out cookies.
