Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla; mix well.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk to the wet ingredients, starting and ending with flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
