Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
