Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil until tender.
- While potatoes are cooking, prepare lamb cutlets by coating them in flour, then dipping in beaten eggs, and finally covering with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the lamb cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain the potatoes, add milk, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice, then mash until smooth.
- Season mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Serve lamb schnitzels on a plate with a side of lemon butter mashed potatoes.
