- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the country ribs to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill ribs for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
