Korean BBQ meatballs with spicy mayo dip are flavorful and easy to make.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, egg, and black pepper.
- Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and lime juice for the dip.
- Serve meatballs with spicy mayo dip.

- Can use ground chicken or turkey instead of beef.
