- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, egg, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to create the dip.
- Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip.
