Korean BBQ meatball tacos are a fusion dish that combines the flavors of Korean barbecue with the convenience of tacos.

Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Warm the taco shells in the oven for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Assemble the tacos by placing meatballs in each shell.
- Top with coleslaw mix and cilantro.
