Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic, thyme, brown sugar, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.
- Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
