- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups long-grain rice

Instrukcje
- Heat a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken and sausage, cooking until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, Cajun seasoning, and thyme.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Add shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
