A quick and easy recipe for chicken noodles using an Instant Pot.

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instrukcje
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add the chicken breast, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, do a quick release of pressure.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Add the egg noodles and stir well.
- Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once done, do a quick release of pressure again and serve hot.
