- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instrukcje
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode. Add vegetable oil.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the pot. Stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
- Add broccoli florets and set to sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and add to the pot, stirring until sauce thickens.
