Instrukcje

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the turkey giblets and pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub softened butter all over the turkey, including under the skin.

  8. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 1 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  9. The turkey is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  10. Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
