- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 tablespoon onion powder

- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 2 cups turkey broth

Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Remove the turkey giblets and pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
- Rub softened butter all over the turkey, including under the skin.
- Season the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and add turkey broth to the bottom of the pan.
- If using, stuff the turkey with fresh herbs.
- Cover the turkey with aluminum foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 1 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- The turkey is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
