Instrukcje

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and yeast.
  2. In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Add candied fruit, raisins, and currants. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  8. Shape each piece into a bun and place them on a baking sheet.
  9. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. For the glaze, combine apricot jam and water, then brush over warm buns.
