- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and oil together.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in grated carrots and nuts if using.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half of the carrot cake batter into a greased pan.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the batter.
- Top with the remaining carrot cake batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
