			- 2 cups whole milk
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 4 large egg yolks
 - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
 
Instrukcje
- In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until steaming.
 - In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and cornstarch until smooth.
 - Slowly pour hot milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking continuously.
 - Return the mixture to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
 - Pour custard into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator.
