Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Add milk and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
- Let cool before serving.
