Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in ice water until dough forms.
- Roll out half the dough and fit it into a pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour.
- Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
- Roll out the remaining dough and cover the pie.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
