Instrukcje
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until soft.
- Add beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a simmer and return patties to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with gravy over patties.
