Instrukcje
- Rinse quinoa under cold water.
- In a pot, combine quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, sauté carrots, celery, onions, and garlic until soft.
- Add sautéed vegetables and thyme to quinoa. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
