Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries if using.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
