Instrukcje
- Rinse quinoa under cold water.

- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Add thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add cooked quinoa to the skillet. Mix in walnuts and cranberries.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
